As the summer is coming to an end and the nights are drawing in, Cromer Pier's Pavilion Theatre has launched a programme of entertainment to brighten-up even the darkest winter evening.

The October to December line-up includes firm favourites making a welcome return as well as a number of new concerts and shows.

Cromer favourites Steve Hewlett and Tucker each have their own shows during October. Steve Hewlett Introduces the One and Only Dave Evans will be on October 6 and Tucker's Proud Dad Tour will be on October 20.

One of the UK's most successful singers Elkie Brooks will be on stage on October 19. She will be performing some of her classic hits, along with a selection of blues and jazz songs from her new album,

Fans of the bay City Rollers will be beating a path to the theatre's door on November 3, when Les McKeown tells the story of the popular 1970s group and sings all the hits with his band 'Legendary Bay City Rollers.

The Pavilion Theatre will pulse to the sound of powerhouse ballads and rock classics during the Born in the USA the Ultimate Dream Rock Spectacular on November 4. The roller coaster of North American rock will feature the songs of Bruce Springsteen, Tina Turner, Foreigner, Toto and many more.

The evergreen Joe Brown is back for two shows on November 9 and 10. Performances by the rock 'n' roll singer always sell out and early booking is advised.

Cornish comedian Jethro will be taking his usual irreverent look ay almost everything with a mischievous repertoire of adult material on November 1.

And non-stop laughter will also be the order of the day on September 23, when the Jongleurs Comedy Live comes to the Pavilion Theatre with another line-up from the best of the British stand-up circuit.

Children can look forward to the Chris and Pui Roadshow on October 20. The double act, who have appeared on CBeebies, invite their young audience to join them for songs, sketches and joining in. On November 2, youngsters can also enjoy the Wheels on the Bus - a sing-along fun show.
