Repairs and resurfacing work costing �162,000 will close Mundesley Road, Overstrand, for nine days from Monday, February 14.
The work, which is expected to be finished on February 23, will take place from its junction with High Street, eastwards to the junction with Coast Road and Highfield Road.
A diversion via Mundesley, North Walsham and Cromer, will be in place for the duration of the works.
Access to properties and businesses will be maintained from one end of the closure at all times, although Norfolk County Council warns of inevitable disruption.
