Businesses are being invited to sign up for the North Norfolk Skills and Careers Festival.

The event, at North Walsham's Paston College, is an interactive exhibition for 13 to 18-year-olds designed to inspire young people for their future careers and increase their awareness of the options open to them.

It follows a similar festival last year, when more than 40 organisations exhibited to 600-plus Years 9, 10 and 12 students from local schools.

Corrienne Peasgood, Paston and Norwich City College principal, said: "Last year's event was a huge success and it was wonderful to see so many local employers, training providers and universities helping young people to decide on their next steps to realise their future ambitions."

The Tuesday, July 9 festival will run 9.30am-2pm, and businesses that sign up will be listed on the festival website and their details included in the programme given out at the event. Visit northnorfolkskills.co.uk for more information or to book.
