A burglary at Bodham was abandoned when the elderly man who live there disturbed the intruders.
The break-in happened through a rear round floor window of the property at The Street and the suspects searched the property before being disturbed, but it is not known what was stolen.
Police are asking anyone who saw any suspicious people or vehicles between 8.45pm and 9.15pm on Saturday October 9 to contact Det Con Holly Beevis at Great Yarmouth CID on 0845 456 4567 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
