Aylsham woman’s skydive for charity despite fear of heights
One of the News' advertising team is stepping out of a plane and into the headlines.
For, despite having a fear of heights, Ela Costello is tackling a tandem skydive from 13,000ft for a heli-medic charity.
Ela, from Aylsham is doing the leap for Magpas, an airborne volunteer medics service covering East Anglia.
She is doing it with her friend Sue Papworth from Cambridgeshire where the charity is based.
'I have vertigo including in glass lifts, but I like action sports and used to do three-day event horse riding - so when I heard Sue was planning a jump I volunteered too,' explained Ela, who is based at the News' Cromer office.
