A speedwatch team in Aylsham is looking for a volunteer to help run the scheme which targets speeding drivers in the town.
Officers from the area's Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) set up the group to carry out speed checks and issue warnings to motorists going too fast along the roads - rather than prosecuting them.
Six volunteers have been recruited and now the police are looking to find a seventh to help co-ordinate the scheme and manage the other helpers.
PCSO Laura Munro-Oakley, from the Aylsham SNT, said: 'The scheme is a fantastic way for members of the community to become involved in solving local issues. The volunteers are trained with the equipment and fully supported by the SNT.'
