No significant changes are to be made to plans for a new filling station in Aylsham, town councillors were told tonight (Thursday).
Aylsham Town Council heard the Lindum Group, which is proposing to develop land to the north of Burgh Road, hope to lodge an official planning application with Broadland District Council before the end of the week.
However, the town clerk, Sue Lake, revealed a letter from the developers said the plans had 'not undergone significant change' after an initial public consultation.
The application will include the demolition and replacement of Aylsham Bathroom and Kitchen Centre, which was destroyed by fire two years ago.
