A housing development including space for a new sports pitch, wetland habitat, and community facility, plus 30 homes, is back on the radar in north Norfolk.
An outline planning application was approved in March 2017 for the development at Back Lane, Roughton for Broadland Development Services.
It would also include a car park and footpath link to the village.
As part of the outline planning consent for the site, all matters except for layout and access were reserved for future determination
And a new proposal, lodged with North Norfolk District council (NNDC), seeks permission for the approval of matters relating to appearance, landscaping and scale.
The three-hectare site to the west of Roughton is currently overgrown scrubland.
Comments have already been posted on NNDC's website. These include concerns about loss of light at bungalows, while another comment, in support, called for toilets and changing rooms at the sports field.
