Hitting the high notes of Toto's Africa in a standout performance has opened a new door for Norfolk pupils.

Children in Years three to six from Langham Village School impressed judges at the Birmingham Symphony Hall and have now reached the second round of the National Music for Youth Festival.

Their journey will continue at the Royal Albert School on November 9.

The choir is led by music teacher Mrs Watchorn, who has been praised for her encouragement and support.
