A lawn bowls club is celebrating its 100th year.
Overstrand Bowls Club, based in north Norfolk, began in 1926 and is believed to have originated at Overstrand Hall, a stately home designed by Edwin Lutyens for Charles William Mills.
During the First World War, the hall was used as a military hospital before being sold for use as a convalescent home in 1932.
Although exact records are limited, a photograph in the clubhouse dated 1926 suggests the club was founded around that time.
Today, the club enjoys a scenic location overlooking the village cricket ground and its rare thatched pavilion.
Overstrand Bowls Club currently has more than 40 active members and competes in three Norfolk leagues.
It also hosts friendly roll-ups twice a week on Mondays and Fridays and is encouraging new members to join.
A spokesman for the club said: "Bowlers live longer, don’t think it’s just an older person’s game.
"It’s a game for all ages and abilities. Come and join us for competitive sport, gentle exercise and social chatter."
