A restaurant that has attracted a host of celebrities has welcomed a new chef.

The White Horse has become very well known since it opened in the summer of 2024, even welcoming celebrity guests such as Katie Price, Mark Wright and Olly Murs for dinner.

But a new chef has now been brought onto the team.

Bradley Stafford has worked in the hospitality industry since he was 16 and his previous experience includes an area chef role at premium gastropubs in Leicestershire.

"So far, his favourite dish to cook is a classic roast dinner - something he loved preparing on his first Sunday with us," a White Horse spokesman said.

"In his spare time, Bradley enjoys playing darts, which makes him a perfect fit with our neighbouring sports bar, Harry’s Bar.

"Be sure to say hello and join us in giving Bradley a warm welcome."

The recruitment is not the only recent change at the White Horse.

Last week, owner Carl Stairs unveiled the venue's new look after a series of cherry blossom designs were installed across the ceiling.
