One of Norfolk's biggest carnivals has reverted back to its original parade route after road rage fears saw it re-routed last year.
Every summer for more than 50 years, Cromer Carnival has drawn thousands of people to the town with funfair rides, RAF Red Arrow displays and a dazzling parade.
But last year the parade followed a new trial route after organisers said marshals had faced growing abuse from frustrated motorists in recent years.
The bad behaviour had left organisers struggling to recruit volunteers to marshal, so the route was redesigned to include less road closures and last for a shorter period of time.
However, following feedback on last year's trial, organisers have revealed that the parade will revert back to previous route - but with a slight amendment.

The parade will assemble on the carnival field on the seafront, before going down Runton Road, Prince of Wales Road, Hamilton Road, Church Street, Mount Street, and Louden Road.
Instead of continuing up West Street to Morrisons Roundabout and along Beach Road, the parade will return via Prince of Wales Road, Runton Road, and finish on the carnival field.
The organisers said in a post online: "This adjustment reduces the need for extra traffic marshals while preserving the spirit of the event."
The route last year started on Overstrand Road and finished on the Carnival field, which required additional traffic marshals.

In October, the committee decided to seek local's views as to whether the new route should be adopted and more than 350 people responded to the questionnaire.
It was after this that the organisers decided to revert to the previous route.
The organisers have also appealed for more volunteer marshals to assist with floats at the field while the parade weaves through the town.
The post added: "Without volunteers the Carnival will not survive."
The carnival week will be held from Saturday, August 15 to Friday, August 21, and carnival day will be held on Wednesday, August 19.
