A Lioness star has spent the Christmas period keeping fit in her hometown gym as her football league took a seasonal break.
Lauren Hemp, England footballer, has been pictured with the staff members at Victory Swim and Fitness Centre in North Walsham as she continued her training during her visit home.
The player, who has two European Championship titles to her name, was said to have used the gym and would always take the time to chat to other users and staff.
Cameron Walker, fitness manager at the site, said: "We always look forward to seeing her here and we let her get on with it.

"She is really lovely and always is happy to take photos.
"She has a lot of love for her local community."
Hemp grew up in the town, attending North Walsham High School, and began her football journey at the local club before joining Norwich City’s youth side.
Hemp is now a Manchester City player, and was awarded an MBE in 2024 for services to football.
A post by the centre, run by Everyone Active, that was aimed at Hemp said: "We really appreciate you using our facilities and wish you all the best for the season ahead."
