A quarter century of working in a village school community has been celebrated by teaching assistants.

Paula Grey and Mandy Page have completed 25 years of service at Mundesley Infant and Junior Schools, having started as dinner ladies before becoming teaching assistants.

Over the years, they have supported generations of children, some of who now return as parents in the same school community.

The pair were presented with an engraved glass ornament to mark the milestone, and a video montage was created to look back on their years of service.

David Hopkins, Executive Head across the AIM federation of schools, presented them with the engraved memorial glass ornament which said: "Thank You for 25 Years of Service to Mundesley Infant and Junior Schools".

Claire Pateman, head of schools, said: "We also celebrated them by sharing a video montage of the many, many happy times the pair have supported with at Mundesley Infant and Junior Schools."

Ms Pateman also thanked them for their “support, laughter and friendship” over the years.
