The property, known as the Hall and located on Market Street in Tunstead, near Wroxham, was damaged in a blaze in December last year, when flames tore through the floors, roof trusses and staircases.
At the time, owner Gillian Foulds said she was heartbroken by the fire.
But now she has seen her plans to restore and repair the house approved by planners at North Norfolk District Council.

The work will include removing and reinstalling the windows, electrical and heating systems, wall finishes, plasterwork, ceiling boards, plumbing fixtures and internal fittings.
The Hall is a Grade II listed building dating from 1826. Since then it has undergone a variety of alterations and extensions including 19th century and mid-20th century additions.
