The Suffolk-born creator of a high street fashion chain has pledged to raise more than £ 60k for charity by 2025 as she celebrates her 60th year.
Anna Park - who was born in Exning and now lives in Norfolk - owns Anna shops in Burnham Market, Bury St Edmunds, Woodbridge, Holt and London.
She is supporting Mind Over Cancer which helps young people with a cancer diagnosis.
Last year, she raised nearly £4k after climbing Selvaggio Blu in Sardinia.
This month, she is hosting a fashion show at the Pavilion in Thursford, north Norfolk, on September 19.
The event will be hosted by her husband Richard Park - a radio guru who starred in BBC TV show Fame Academy in the early 2000s.
He will be joined by John Cushing, who founded a Christmas Spectactular at Thursford and runs the Thursford Collection museum.
Prizes include a painting by acclaimed Norfolk artist Pam Noyes and breakfast with LBC radio host Nick Ferrari.
Capital Radio DJ Jordan North will be offering a meet and greet and tour of his workplace.
Anna is donating a £500 gift voucher and styling session and Thursford Pavilion is giving away a VIP overnight stay at Holly Lodge with tickets for its annual 2024 Christmas Show.
The fashion entrepreneur said she was invited to a coffee morning hosted by Mind Over Cancer and was inspired by the passion and commitment shown by charity founder Susie Shaw.
"So much so, I left the meeting, went straight home and made a donation," she said.
“I then met up with Susie - and my husband and I became patrons last year. We pledged to raise £60k for them by May 2025 and this upcoming fashion show at Thursford in September is part of that pledge.
“We (Richard and I) feel very passionate about the work of this fantastic charity.”
Susie Shaw said having Anna and Richard as patrons is "truly transformative".
“We would love people to join us at the fashion fundraiser event at Thursford – it will be a night of glamour and generosity where every contribution will make a meaningful difference," she said.
She added: “We provide essential support to young people with cancer and their families. The physical and mental impacts of cancer treatment can last for years, with unique late effects that differ from those experienced by adults.
"Currently, there's no other support available for these young individuals and their families. At a time when it's harder than ever for small charities to survive, help is crucial. Together, we can help people live life after cancer treatment – we can change and save lives.”
Anna – recently asked all her friends to donate money to the charity instead of giving presents for her 60th birthday.
Tickets for the fashion show are priced £50 and can be purchased from the ANNA website at www.shopatanna.co.uk.
As well as the fashion show, raffle and auction all guests will be offered drinks and nibbles on arrival.
