A new self-storage facility has opened in North Walsham.

Stuff Selfstore at Hornbeam Business Park, off Hornbeam Road, was built last month, and offers a total of 107 units to let.

The storage units range from 20 to 200sqft and are spread out across three floors.

The family business is owned by Simon Gardener, who runs the company alongside his wife Emma, daughter Lilly, and friend Matthew Starling.

“The ethos behind Stuff has been to create a bright, clean and friendly environment that all customers will feel comfortable storing their stuff in,” Mr Gardener said.

“The primary focus is to deliver both a professional and customer service focussed business with the care and security of our customers’ treasured possessions remaining a priority.”

There is a central lift and trollies available for customers to use at the facility.

All of the units are insulated to regulate the temperature and there is also free wifi available.

The building of the facility was part of a wider four-year development project at Hornbeam Business Park managed by construction company Birchwood Building.
