A Victorian Methodist church with the potential for residential conversion is going up for auction.
Located in a "desirable" position within the Norfolk Broads village of Sutton, close to Stalham, the "spacious period building" is on the market for £140,000 to £150,000.
Inside there is a floor space of approximately 137 sq/m, featuring an entrance lobby, store room, chapel, kitchen, meeting area, inner hall and toilets.
There is a gravelled parking area to the front and side of the church, as well as a timber shed which offers a storage facility.

The church will be going up for auction with Auction House on November 1.
