Rhyming verse rang out in Sheringham to mark National Poetry Day.
A 'band of wondering troubadours' organised by the Bright Scarf Poetry Discussion Group and led by poet Peter Pagnall wound their way along the town's busy streets, with readings happening along the way.
One of those there on October 5 was Mike Hoggarth, who said: "Starting off at Tesco at the top of the town ably assisted by the Mayor Peter Ratcliffe, a caravan of laughter sorrow and music.
"Various points along the way were chosen to read poems and play songs to entertain the residents and visitors of Sheringham alike.
"The afternoon ended with a grand finale of poems and music at the Little Theatre."
