After years of putting people in the frame, a north Norfolk photographer has himself been given centre stage.
Andreas Yiasimi, from Cromer, has been named Portrait Photographer of The Year by the awards company Prestige Awards.
Mr Yiasimi - who is now focusing on photography full-time after previously working in his family's restaurant and serving as a town and district councillor - said he was “absolutely thrilled” with the award.
He said: “After dedicating decades to working alongside my wonderful family in East Runton, I've embarked on a new chapter, and I feel truly blessed that I can pursue something I am equally passionate about.

“I am also profoundly grateful to the individuals who not only recommended me but believed in my work from the beginning.
“Your support and encouragement mean the world to me, especially during this pivotal moment in my life.
“From collaborating with film actors on recent movie sets to capturing the beauty of weddings, special occasions, events, and the spectacular Norfolk landscape that I am fortunate to call home — it's your stories, your moments, and your trust that have made this possible.”
