A north Norfolk-based armed forces charity has received a £2,500 boost.
Walking With The Wounded, which helps veterans across the country from its headquaters in Stody, has been given the grant by the Maximus Foundation UK, the not-for-profit arm of Maximus, which provides employment, health, and disability support programmes.
Kate Tabain, Walking With The Wounded's head of fundraising, said the funding "will have a long-lasting and significant impact on the veterans and families who access our services, helping us to continue offering personalised employment support, access to our mental health programme Head Start, and referral to our care co-ordination programme which works to meet immediate welfare needs".
