The café opened in October 2021, taking over Roy’s Boys café.

Awards success has followed ever since, with the café also winning 'café of the year 2023' in luxury lifestyle magazine LUX’s annual Restaurant and Bar Awards.

In May, Streat Boss opened as a steak and seafood restaurant – serving up locally-sourced fresh steak and seafood every Saturday night.

Its owner, Rob Grand, said: “We now feel we’re an established café here in Sheringham.

“Our steak and seafood nights have been fully booked every weekend so far. We’re getting repeat regulars as well as new customers coming to us on the recommendation of others.

“Sheringham’s food scene is thriving at the moment. We like to take risks and try to be something different.

“We’re doing very well and it’s been a very good start to the summer season.”
