Fresh plans to build 15 new homes in the north Norfolk village of Happisburgh have been drawn up.

An application has been made to build the homes on a site east of Whimpwell Steet.

The 1.5 acres of land is split across two fields, with the northern part being an unused section of a caravan park and the land to the south being agricultural land.

The first application for the development was submitted in August 2020.

A revised design and access statement published as part of the application shows a mix of one-to-four-bedroom houses and bungalows – and includes properties on the open market as well as a provision for affordable housing.

There would be one four-bed house, four three-bed properties, seven two-bed homes, and three one-bed bungalows.
