A body has been found in Beeston Common.
Police were called shortly after 5pm today (Wednesday, May 31) after a member of the public found a body on the outskirts of Sheringham.
Formal identification procedures are yet to take place but the family of missing 92-year-old Norman Carter, from Sheringham have been informed.
Mr Carter was last seen walking on Cromer Road on the evening of Tuesday, May 23.
The death is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner in due course.
