North Walsham High School is becoming a centre for training other teachers.
It has been announced that the school will become a national hub for an online teacher development platform called Steplab.
James Gosden, headteacher, said it involved teachers working in partnership with each other, discussing and practicing small steps to take.
He said: "This approach has been transformational for our teachers to take ownership over their own professional development, and with results and numbers on roll swiftly increasing, we are seeing the hard work of our teachers having a huge impact.”
Mr Gosden said the 'North Walsham approach to teaching' was a set of teacher habits and strategies that provide the best teaching for all students – and seeing each other practicing these actions live in lessons.
Steplab uses instructional coaching and data-driven insights to systematically improve teaching and learning.
The school will host its first coaching hub event on March 6, anyone wanting to find out more can email hello@steplab.co.
