The owner of a popular street food van is spicing things up by launching a fried chicken pop-up with an Asian twist.

Justin Unsworth launched The Cabin in a vintage caravan in early 2018 after moving to Norfolk and it serves Asian-inspired tacos and dishes.

But before that, he ran Spit and Roast with fellow chef Ross Gardner, which offered rotisserie and Louisiana-style buttermilk fried chicken from a truck in London.

Mr Unsworth is now utilising his fried chicken talents again by running a pop-up on Friday, January 13 from 4pm until 8pm at The Bucket List in Cromer.

It is pre-order and collection only through The Cabin Norfolk website.

Mr Unsworth said: "Things are pretty tight at the moment and we all want to help each other in Norfolk.

"It helps The Bucket List with a bit of rent and me in dipping my toe in and if there is a good response I would like to do more pop-ups."

The menu includes fried chicken buns or chicken pieces served with chips, coleslaw and homemade Korean hot sauce.
