A former leader of Norwich City Council who became a government minister and is now in the House of Lords is coming to Cromer to talk about the welfare state on Thursday evening.
Baroness Hollis of Heigham will be at Cromer Community Hall on Garden Street at 7.30pm, at an event that is open to all members of the public.
The Labour peer will describe the effects on the welfare state and the benefit system of the proposed new universal credit.
