A school has received a £2,000 cash boost to its library to help students develop a love of art and art history.
Cromer Academy received the money from the Finnis Scott Foundation, which was established under the will of Lady Scott who had a lifelong interest in charity, horticulture, arts and culture.
The school in Norwich Road has introduced art history to its curriculum and headteacher Antony Little said: "Cromer Academy has always been about high academic standards but we also want our students to have an appreciation of culture and art history is a big part of this.
"We are fortunate to have fantastic teachers who help our students produce some amazing artwork, and our new art history course will give them an intellectual appreciation of the subject too. This very generous grant will transform our library and help give our students access to the very best resources."
