This bubbly group of 10 young people sing and dance their way through numbers from Queen, Hairspray and High School Musical during the show by the Wherry Entertainers which has a 26-strong cast of adults and children.

Most of the youngsters are no strangers to the stage, especially Georgia Snaddon who is a regular performer with Norfolk Youth Music Theatre and Amy Morris at just 13, who has stepped up a gear from winning Cromer’s Got Young Talent, to more recently auditioning for Britain’s Got Talent, where she eagerly waits to hear if she has been successful.

Drama student Will Caton’s energy and natural humour will shine through in his role as Buttons, as he tries to convince Cinderella (Natalie Snaddon) that he is the man for her.

The locally written version of the much loved classic fairytale, penned by director Becky Hilton, who also plays Flossie Full Cream a career-minded milk maid, aims to deliver a vibrant and fun-packed show

Along with glass slippers, pumpkins there is also a Recycling Angel (Jenny Mullenger), and wicked stepmother Botoxia (Annie Gant), along with Ugly Sisters Ammonia (Rod Gant) and Acida (Kevin Latimer).

Panto favourites the Fairy Godmother (Bernie Necchie), Prince Charming (Rachel Newton) and Dandini (Ella Marshall) all add to the enchanting story.

The show runs from Thursday February 9 to Saturday February 11 at Broadland High School, Hoveton, at 7.30pm nightly with a 2pm matinee performance on the Saturday.
