The British reggae band UB40 has announced they will perform at Holkham Hall as part of their UK summer tour.

The original band members Ali Campbell, Astro and Mickey Virtue will be joined by an eight-piece band to perform some of their biggest hits - including (I Can’t Help) Falling In Love With You and Red Red Wine - at the popular stately home.

Since reuniting three years ago, the band has toured around the world, performing shows in America, Australia and New Zealand.

Colin Ward, managing director of organisers Live Promotions, said: “We have worked with Holkham Hall for several years on a number of very successful concerts and are delighted to be bringing one of the world’s greatest bands, UB40, to Norfolk in August. This will be a fantastic show and appeals to all ages.”

It is taking place at Holkham Hall on August 27 and tickets, priced from £40, are now on sale.
