We’re used to seeing pictures celebrating the sunshine in the seaside town of Cromer.

But these photos prove once and for all just how lovely Cromer looks even when the skies are overcast.

Lee Junhyoung, a 31-year-old student at the University of East Anglia (UEA), snapped these shots during a church visit to the gem of the north Norfolk coast on Wednesday, June 11.

Mr Junhyoung, from Daegu, South Korea, visited Cromer for a day trip with a group from Servant’s Church, in Norwich.

He said: “We planned to watch the sunset in Cromer, but due to the cloudy weather, it was hard to see.

“However, the trip was fantastic, especially the fish and chips in the No.1 shop was quite good, and also their service was very kind.

“Overall, I quite satisfied the trip, and I will recommend to other students visiting Cromer as well.

Mr Junhyoung is studying conflict governance and international development.
