More than 12,000 pints pulled in three days at Sheringham’s beer festival
More than 12,000 pints were pulled at North Norfolk Railways’ 16th annual beer festival.
The three days of revelry attracted thousands of visitors again, and boasted a great selection of over 120 real ales, 40 ciders, fruit beers, lagers and soft drinks to choose from.
Beer, food, drink and entertainment were all available at Sheringham station.
Organiser Nessa Pritchard said: “It’s gone excellently. We must have sold in excess of 12,000 pints, which is more than last year. “I would like to thank the volunteers who helped set it up and served, and the visitors. Some of them come every year, and we get customers from as far away as Oxford.”
Punter Alan Moore added: “I was there all three days and it’s always well-run and well-staffed. It’s worth coming to.”
The festival ran from Friday, July 14 to Sunday, July 16.
