Coastguard teams were kept busy as thousands flocked to Norfolk’s beaches in the warm weather.
Crews had to deal with numerous broken-down boats, reports of missing children and missing swimmers over the weekend.
As of 8.30pm on Sunday, Gorleston’s coastguard was on scene at Breydon Water to assist with a broken down vessel.
Less than three hours earlier, the team had been sent to the same location to help a vessel which had run aground.
Meanwhile, over on the North Norfolk coast, Wells Lifeboat was called at 1pm to assist a speed boat after it broken down.
It was towed into Morston with a suspected fuel issue.
A coastguard spokesman said that on Saturday there were multiple reports of missing children on the beaches.
However, the spokesman added that all of the children were later accounted for.
