The breathtaking beauty of North Walsham's town centre has been captured from a bird's eye view.

Steve Hicks has made the new video with the help of a drone, hovering over the town's landmarks in the early morning mist. 

The video shows the results of a recently completed £4 million Heritage Action Zone (HAZ) project to improve the town centre.

North Norfolk News:

Mr Hicks, who lives in the town and flies drones as a hobby, said: “My inspiration was of personal interest to see what North Walsham town centre looked like from above.

“The town centre and high street has dramatically changed over the last few years.

“I can remember the town as it was before the works to the centre.

“There have been mixed reviews over the changes, but North Walsham will always be a market town.

“It gives people a different perspective to what they see when walking down the streets.

“The perception you can gain from a drone is different from other forms of photography.”
