Neil Innes to appear at Folk on the Pier

A Norfolk folk festival has had to draft in a replacement act following the death of one of its planned acts. Fred Wedlock, famous for his 1981 chart hit The Oldest Swinger in Town, was due to take part in the Sunday night finale of Cromer's Folk on the Pier weekend.
