Wroxham suffer FA Cup exit on penalties

Wroxham will have to pick themselves up again for Saturday's Ridgeons League visit to Histon Reserves after being knocked out of the FA Cup by Ely in the cruellest way - on penalties.

The winner of the Lucas Fettes Norfolk Cricket League award for Young Player for July was Simon Harwood, 14, of Reepham & Salle. Playing in Division Eight, Simon scored his maiden senior century, recording 109 not out against Hales Colts, and over the month scored in total 167 runs at an average of 41.
